As it can be seen through our SERVICES, we value extremely your privacy, and ours as well. This privacy policy explains how SDNC sàrl uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.
REMARK: For the moment we do not collect any data, except only the data you send us via e-mail (be aware that e-mails are not secure) and data that is required by the government, i.e. invoicing (by the Luxembourgish law to be kept for 10 years). In case we would decide to do some simple analysis of unidentifiable data, we would warn you in this REMARK statement and amend the privacy policy accordingly.

What data do we collect?

SDNC sàrl collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, mail address, ...)
  • For the moment we do not collect IP addresses
  • For the moment we do not collect or process any information contained in cookies

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide SDNC sàrl with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies (See heading: 'What data do we collect?')

SDNC sàrl may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • Through normal mail, also called snail mail.
  • Through a referral, for instance a business card.

How will we use your data?

SDNC sàrl collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account.
  • Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
  • To comply with the national and European laws, e.g. invoicing.

If you agree, SDNC sàrl will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.

How do we store your data?

SDNC sàrl securely stores your data in our physical files (locked) and in our encrypted, daily patched servers or workstations (security patches, if available).

SDNC sàrl will keep your personal data as long as needed to treat your service/goods, and for 10 years the invoicing information. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data, in an irrecoverable way.

Marketing

SDNC sàrl would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop SDNC sàrl from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other partners of the SDNC sàrl.
